9. Payments, Project Termination, and Abandoned Projects

If you fail to provide the remaining agreed payment within a reasonable time after work has begun, JIJOENGLISH TECH reserves the right to terminate the project and retain any payments already made as compensation for the time, effort, and resources invested in the project.

If a project remains inactive due to lack of communication, delayed feedback, or unpaid invoices for an extended period, the project may be considered abandoned. In such cases, JIJOENGLISH TECH reserves the right to close the project without obligation to continue development.

Ownership, rights, and delivery of final files, source code, or digital assets will only be transferred to you after full payment has been received.

JIJOENGLISH TECH also reserves the right to withhold delivery, disable hosted services, or revoke access to unfinished work until all outstanding payments are fully settled.

10. Chargebacks, Refunds, and Payment Disputes

By engaging the services of JIJOENGLISH TECH, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after work has commenced, JIJOENGLISH TECH reserves the right to suspend services, terminate the project, revoke access to delivered work, and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts owed.

You agree that filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving services or project work constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

JIJOENGLISH TECH reserves the right to provide documentation, communications, invoices, and project records to financial institutions, payment processors, or legal authorities to contest and resolve any chargeback or payment dispute.

In cases where a payment dispute results in financial losses, additional administrative costs, or legal expenses, you may be held responsible for reimbursing JIJOENGLISH TECH for such costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
